Frequently asked questions
Is this ticket for in-person or virtual attendance?
These tickets provide virtual attendance at the live, in-person SABM Annual Meeting in Atlanta. They do not include admission to the physical venue.
Will I receive my own access link?
Individual registrations include one personal access link. The Institutional Group Viewing Pass provides one shared link for one physical viewing room.
Can I share my individual access link?
No. Individual access links are intended only for the named registered attendee and should not be forwarded or shared.
What is included with the Institutional Group Viewing Pass?
One access link for one hospital, university or healthcare organization hosting up to 10 attendees together in one physical room, plus the seven-day replay. Individual access links are not included, and certificates may be available on request.
What is included with the Community & Advocacy Group Package?
For patient advocates and community organizations. Ten individual registrations for named attendees joining separately. Each attendee receives a personal access link and a certificate of attendance, subject to verified attendance.
Can the Community & Advocacy Group Package be used for one shared viewing room?
This package is designed for named attendees joining separately. Organizations planning one shared viewing room should choose the Institutional Group Viewing Pass.
We are a hospital or professional group. Can we register several people together?
Yes. The Community and Advocacy Group Package is intended for patient advocates and community organizations. Hospitals, universities and other professional groups wanting several individual registrations should email info@worldanemiaawareness.com and we will arrange a group rate.
Are certificates included?
Certificates are optional paid add-ons for individual registrations. A reduced-price LMIC certificate is available. Certificates are included in the Community & Advocacy Group Package and are issued subject to verified attendance.
Are certificates available with the Institutional Group Viewing Pass?
Certificates are not issued automatically, because attendance in a shared room cannot be individually verified. They may be available on request, subject to verification.
Does virtual attendance offer CME credit?
No. Virtual attendance is non-CME and does not provide continuing medical education credit. A certificate of attendance is available for individual registrations, but it confirms participation only and is not CME accreditation.
Who qualifies for the LMIC registration rate?
This reduced rate is for eligible professionals living or primarily working in a low- or lower-middle-income country, as defined by the World Bank country classification. Eligibility may be verified.
Can LMIC institutions or groups receive reduced pricing?
Yes. LMIC institutions, professional groups and advocacy organizations should contact us to discuss an appropriate group rate.
Can SABM members receive a discount?
Member rates may be available through a protected ticket or access code. Membership details may be requested for verification.
Can nurses get a discount on SABM membership?
New nurse and allied health registrants may be eligible for a reduced rate on their first year of SABM membership. Email info@worldanemiaawareness.com and we will share the current details.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Transfer requests will be considered before access details are issued. Please contact us with the purchaser's details and the replacement attendee's name and email address.
What happens if I cannot attend live?
The full program will be available to registered attendees for seven days after the live conference concludes. The replay carries English captions on the video, plus a transcript panel that can be displayed in 19 languages (see the captions question below). Attendees can use their event access details to watch the replay during this period.
What languages are captions available in?
Live sessions carry translated captions in 35 languages. You select your language from the captions menu after joining. The seven-day replay carries English captions on the video, and also includes a full transcript panel alongside the video that can be displayed in 19 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese (Simplified), Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Turkish and Danish. The first time you select a language it takes a few moments to generate. If you do not see your language listed, email info@worldanemiaawareness.com and we will help.
